Giving back to your Customer
Whether you are a national brand or a local band it is important that you give back to your customers. From a free download of your songs to a coupon for a free burger, you have to give some to get some. You have to relate to them on a personal level to gain their trust on a commercial level.
Ultimately you want to touch them on an emotional level. You don't want them to think about your message, you want them to feel your message. You want them to be moved by the interaction with your brand and pass that feeling on. Take a look at what you are doing to spark that interaction and give back to your consumers. They will thank you for it and you will see a direct result of your hospitality.
